SAMMY WILLIAMS CENTER FOR ACTIVE LIVING is a center that encourages active lifestyles for people 55 and over while offering many physical activities, i.e., exercise and dance classes, balance stability sessions, line dancing, clogging classes, drawing and intergenerational programs for young and old.
